Forrest is an Architect with over ten years of experience, three of which are as a licensed Architect. His experience is in new construction and renovations / additions of projects types including educational, government, historic preservation, religious, and office facilities. His roofing experience in educational & government facilities include standing seam metal building retrofits, modified bitumen roof placement, epdm membrane roofing, historic wood shake replacement, and built-up roof replacement. Forrest graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2010. For this project, Forrest would serve as the Project Architect, generating the construction documents and coordinating architectural team members and engineering consultants
