Dandridge Wastewater Treatment Plant

For the City of Dandridge, we designed this 3,000 square-foot building in a long, narrow configuration with an exterior corridor to accommodate the functions of the mechanical and blower equipment, and for easy access to the testing labs and employee offices. On a sloping site by Douglas Lake, the facility is cut into the hillside so that part of the building is below grade. Pre-engineered wood roof trussed bear on structural masonry walls, and the exterior materials are masonry, glass, aluminum sunshade devices, and TPO roofing.
