Jackson Central

This 22,000 sf historic building in the heart of the Old City was transformed from its previous use as an antique market to its current use as a multi-tenant office space, in which we later did an interior finish-out for our own office on the first floor.

We restored and renovated the storefront to provide a new storefront with a covered, recessed entry. One important client request was to make the atrium inviting and grand, so we provided a skylight and grand staircase just inside the entry, which gives tenants an enjoyable space to interact. We also converted the old freight elevator room into a break area / casual meeting space.

Some people find it appealing enough for use in photography for special events!
