Westbridge Warehouse
This original 50,000 sf office / warehouse building was designed by Buddy Dollar, when our firm was Davis, Dollar & Associates, for a steel manufacturing company who later constructed an additional 110,000 sf of warehouse. Several years later, when a new company was on deck to occupy the space, Dollar & Ewers performed a life safety assessment of the now 160,000 sf facility to make recommendations for code compliance.
The facility is a combination of offices, warehouse space, and employee break / changing facilities. Construction is a pre-engineered structure with a combination of split-face masonry and metal panels for cladding and a metal roof. The railroad track that runs along the back of the property breaks off into a spur that enters the building and carries all along the rear of the facility.
We are also in Schematic Design for an addition to this facility.
